WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global Training team at Bain, where we build capabilities across the firm through a range of learning options—from live programs to self-directed digital learning. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders to create engaging digital learning experiences that support Bainies across all levels and regions.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As the Manager, Digital Learning Engagement, you’ll play a key role in driving adoption of Bain’s digital learning platforms. You’ll lead learning campaigns, integrate digital learning into daily workflows, and develop strategic communications and marketing strategies that deepen engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Improve digital learning adoption by analyzing learner data, identifying key engagement drivers, and contributing to strategic adoption plans
Lead small to medium projects that promote effective communication and embed digital learning into key moments across the employee experience
Conduct external and internal marketing research to refine learning campaigns and tailor strategies to different Bain populations
Develop and execute data-driven communications and email marketing campaigns for our digital learning platform (Springboard)
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness and participation in learning initiatives
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements using data insights
Present marketing results and proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into future initiatives
ABOUT YOU
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in digital learning, communications, analytics, or related areas
Experience developing communications for diverse audiences and formats
Strong familiarity with learning systems (LRS, LMS, LXP, Workday, etc.)
Comfortable using Trello or other project management tools
Experience working in Agile, Kanban, or Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in learning technologies, system implementation, or data analysis
Experience with email marketing platforms like Outlook, PoliteMail, or Mailchimp
Familiarity with audio/video creation tools and digital learning development platforms
Experience with audience research, focus groups, and user behavior analysis

Analytical mindset with experience interpreting learning and marketing data

Knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning trends
