We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join the Lewis Services marketing team. This role involves developing and executing innovative strategies and communications to engage our distributed workforce of 4,000 employees as well as customers and business partners through social media and digital communications platforms.

At Lewis, you will work with a dynamic, nimble marketing team at one of the largest 100% employee-owned companies in the country. You will develop and implement digital campaigns that promote the Lewis brand, recruit new talent, and tell the stories of our dedicated crews who work each day to keep the POWER ON across the United States.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and social media messaging across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and other platforms. Interact with Lewis team members at all levels of the organization to create compelling posts, emails, videos, and longer-form content. Manage day-to-day social media activities including planning a content calendar in advance, posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. Work with Human Resources and Operations leaders to develop engaging content and digital marketing strategies in support of the company’s recruitment efforts. Monitor customer and competitor social media activities and act as the steward of the Lewis brand in digital channels to strengthen the company’s presence and reputation. Analyze ad performance, social media presence, and website metrics using analytics tools to ensure optimal results and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to drive consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Monitor and adapt campaigns based on data-driven insights. Lead the company’s research, investigation, and testing of new digital communications technologies to improve the effectiveness of messaging to our craftworkers and other groups. Qualifications/Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Expert storyteller utilizing all forms of digital communication channels. Significant experience with all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, online advertising, website management, digital analytics, content marketing, and video marketing and how data influences performance. Proven expertise in managing HubSpot or a related CRM to assist with business development and targeted marketing campaigns. Expert knowledge with LinkedIn; Google Ads; Facebook Groups, Events and Ads; and other digital marketing and advertising platforms. Familiarity with graphic design software such as Canva Pro is desirable. Familiarity with social media platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok is desirable. Strong analytical skills for ad performance evaluation and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and contributors. Empathy and a genuine desire to help employees succeed and a customer-centric mindset. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively. Bi-lingual English/Spanish verbal and writing skills highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (or equivalent experience). COMPENSATION: $76,000 - $85,000
Lewis Services regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. Starting pay will be based on a candidate’s experience, skills and education.
