THE ROLE   

As a member of the Maryland Athletics team, the Manager, Digital Marketing & Revenue Strategy is primarily responsible for leveraging digital assets to drive revenue through the sale of tickets, donations, and premium hospitality packages for all ticketed sports at Maryland, including but not limited to Football, Women’s Basketball and Men’s Basketball. We are seeking an experienced team member with a positive, proactive, results-oriented approach who can communicate clearly across all platforms and work diligently to create, initiate, manage, and direct marketing strategies to promote sales, create awareness, generate interest, maximize attendance, generate revenue and enhance the overall fan experience. This person will work under the guidance of the Associate Athletic Director of Marketing & Revenue Strategy, as well as the General Manager, Ticket Sales, Premium Seating & Annual Fundraising.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS End-to-end management of simultaneous, highly targeted, digital marketing/advertising campaigns, including KPI (i.e. ROAS) assessment and analysis. Responsible for ideating, implementing, executing and managing strategic omnichannel marketing campaigns designed to drive revenue through ticket sales, donations and premium hospitality packages to meet the financial goals of the athletic Create, implement, manage and optimize dynamic email campaigns through identifying target audiences, maintaining and updating emails lists, and building and launching campaigns to, ultimately, drive revenue. Collaborate Marketing & Revenue Strategy team members and all other external operations units to ideate innovative campaigns for the purposes of customer acquisition, expansion, and The campaigns will leverage marketing channels including email, paid/organic social media, webinars and other digital events, etc. Lead in developing audience-centric messaging and content that resonates with specific audience segments while ensuring all marketing materials are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality & tone, and optimized for search and user experience. Plan, develop, and implement simultaneous paid media strategies to convert audience to directly purchase and/or drive new leads through appropriate channels. Leverage campaign and audience insights to influence new, innovative approaches to reach our target audiences and develop brand QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years in marketing and marketing related field at a digital marketing agency or a brand heavily engaged in digital conversions. Experience overseeing marketing staff Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure Proven experience planning and implementing strategic and targeted marketing campaigns is Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented Possesses effective project management Professional verbal and written communication skills Candidate must have a strong work COMPENSATION

Competitive salary range $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
