Manager, Digital Network
Overview: This job will manage all guest and associate facing digital signage in the new combined company to create a stabilized network and implement an improved content strategy. These efforts will lead to a better experience for our guests and our partners. Oversees a digital network that consists of hundreds of guest and associate facing displays. Will work with internal stakeholders to manage the content and promotional messaging. Key point of contact for the Partnership Sales team to ensure all partner advertising airs properly and is validated with proof of performance. Regular interaction with the IT function for all hardware and software issues. Works with numerous outside agencies on the daily performance of the network but also to identify new solutions. Responsibilities: + Work to design and develop an improved digital network architecture and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business strategy + Maintain an open line of communication with all internal stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for all digital network related issues + Identify vital infrastructure and, when appropriate, software requirements as well as media requirements + Identify gaps in current platforms and provide future recommendations based on strategic goals + Develop content creation strategies that continually improve and refresh guest-facing content + Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems + Manage and optimize 3rd party vendor relationships that are associated with the digital network + Troubleshoot, replace or coordinate replacement of defective hardware Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Technology, Management, Marketing or other related + Instructional Design or comparable certification (such as ID Cert with ATD) + 6-8 years of expereince in similar field + Experience in people management + Preferred, Ability to effectively communicate with partners and manage multiple projects at one time.
