Role Definition
Caterpillar is offering an exciting opportunity to join the E&T Commercial Process Division and Order Management Process (OMP) team within the Global Finance Organization.
What you will do:
This position manages a team of business analysts and drives business requirements, sets priorities and the allocation of resources for the Order Management Process (OMP) which supports the Energy and Transportation Division. This team drives processes and tools for worldwide dealers and customers to quote and order Caterpillar E&T Engine products while interfacing with worldwide manufacturing facilities to build and ship these orders.
In addition, this role coordinates the strategic implementation and governance process that ensures policies and processes are aligned to the achievement of business objectives. Typical internal customers include employees within the Electric Power, Marine, Industrial and Oil & Gas engine industries while also working closely with Caterpillar IT. The position is challenged to carefully evaluate problems and recommend solutions to complex business problems. The incumbent sets priorities, budget and establishes a work plan to achieve desired results.
Key skills for this role include project management, leadership of cross regional teams, and the ability to translate and communicate technical requirements to key stakeholders by demonstrating and aligning business value. Limited travel required (Less than 10%).

$144,960.00 - $235,440.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
