Manager, Digital Sales Enablement & Customer Experience
**What’s the job?-** The Manager of Digital Sales Enablement & Customer Experience will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of digital tools and training programs that support IPG’s commercial sales force and external customers. In this role, you will drive adoption and optimization of platforms such as Showpad, Ingage, the Assembly Specification Tool, and the Submittal Tool. The ideal candidate will blend digital fluency with a passion for customer-centric innovation, training, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is designed for a future people leader with a strong foundation in B2B engagement, telecommunications, and product development.- + Lead implementation and enhancement of digital sales tools. Partner with product managers, IT, and commercial teams. Track KPIs and ROI.- + Develop and execute digital strategies to improve customer journey. Align cross-functional teams. - + Use voice-of-customer insights.- + Design and deliver training programs. Create scalable onboarding content. Facilitate workshops.- + Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders. Act as liaison between IPG, IT, and marketing.- + Lead digital initiatives. Manage timelines, budgets, and communications. Champion change management- **What do you bring?-** + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, or related field is preferred. - + Minimum of high school diploma or GED is required.- + Five years of digital marketing, sales enablement, or customer experience is required.- + Ability to translate customer needs into digital strategies is preferred.- + Excellent computer skills / applications usage such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel is required- + Proficiency in digital platforms (Showpad, Ingage, Salesforce, CRM) is preferred.- + Experience in telecommunications, B2B, or product management is a plus.- + Strong leadership and communication skills required.- - **What are our perks?-** We provide unique options to fit your unique lives! We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $89,500 to $138,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,200 to $155,100.
