Manager, Direct Marketing & Telemarketing

Responsibilities

Lead the Direct Marketing team, guide and motivate team members on day-to-day campaign related tasks Work closely with Telemarketing team on campaign management to achieve profitable results Provide support to Head of DMTM on profit & loss management by monitoring budgetary spend across all portfolio lines Manage key sponsor relationship and seek potential new partners, conduct market research to identify new campaign and product opportunities Identify trends and business opportunities through data analytics, make recommendations for existing and new lead generation campaigns Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set goals and objectives, including but not limited to Legal and Compliance, Underwriting, IT, Finance

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing or related discipline At least 7 years of relevant direct marketing and business development experience, preferably in the insurance industry Experience in leading team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional level Strong analytical skills with attention to details Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Assertive self-starter who can work independently and is results driven  Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point
