**The Manager, Data Analytics & Workforce Management (WFM)** will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions and enhancing overall business performance. This position will oversee the development, implementation and optimization of reporting systems that track and evaluate the effectiveness of various functions across the **Group Disability** segment. The role involves collaborating with internal partners within the **Center of Excellence (COE)** teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming complex data sets into strategic opportunities, ensuring data accuracy, and creating optimal processes for the analytics and WFM teams. Note: This is a **Remote** position open to candidates in **any Canadian province.** **Position** **Responsibilities:** + Lead a team of Data Analysts, Reporting Specialists, and Workforce Management Analysts that transform data into insights. Direct the design, development, and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, and performance metrics that support key business decisions. + Oversee the Disability Analytics HUB and the development and continuous improvement of dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
