Manager, Distribution Sales

If so, read on. **About the Role:** As a **Distribution Sales Manager** at Hach, you will be responsible for leading and executing our Distribution Sales Strategy across the U.S. and Canada. You will play a key role in growing sales through strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and a high-performance sales organization. **What You’ll Do:** + Develop and execute a distribution sales strategy that delivers profitable growth in North America. + Lead and mentor a team of Distribution Account Managers, ensuring high performance and professional development. + Build and maintain strong distributor relationships, negotiating and managing key contracts. + Drive business growth by expanding market share and fostering customer engagement. + Implement continuous improvement initiatives using VES tools to enhance sales efficiency. + Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies. + Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. **What You Need:** + Five or more years of progressive sales experience, preferably within Hach, the water industry, or industrial markets. + Experience managing distribution channels and working with key partners to drive sales growth. + Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams. + Ability to analyze data, forecast sales trends, and implement process improvements. + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; formal sales training is a plus! **Why Hach?** At Hach, we are committed to protecting the world’s most valuable resource—water. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
