As a Manager of Donor Recruitment you will be supporting Vitalant’s life saving mission by managing a team of Account Managers to achieve annual and monthly team goals through effective donor recruitment. You will assist in achieving recruitment objectives by developing market penetration plans, recruitment strategies, and increasing blood donations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Occasional Weekends)

Be innovating with developing special recruitment programs to respond to business needsAssist with implementation of strategic marketing plans, territory alignment, and goal settingMonitor center resource allocation and schedulingDevelop annual recruitment plan to meet assigned collection goalsBuild relationship with internal staff and customers to maintain goal objectivesAssure team follows established recruitment processes

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent education/experienceThree years of relative experienceTwo years of Supervisory experienceValid in-state driver license
