Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising the overall performance of the supply center, managing daily operations, and driving optimization projects within the operational management and business development areas. The role also focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through system management and actively participating in business communication and expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

Oversee supply center overall performance

Understand business dynamics, supervise key metrics, manage business risks, and uncover business opportunities

Governance operation via key indicators and deep dives

Establish and supervise key indicators, analyze and implement operational management including but not limited to site, customer, people, inventory, place, budget etc.

Lead the optimization projects

Initiate, coordinate, and implement operational optimization projects

Maintain operation management system

Be responsible for daily system operations and troubleshooting, maintain system functionality and upgrade requirements, co-work with develop team to fulfill the improvement.

Customer care and opportunity development

Understand customer needs, develop and implement supply center service opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven track record in one of these areas: eBusiness, marketing, sales or sales operationsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional teamProven experience of people management and capability of building a good rapport with co-workers and customersA solid balance between strategic approach and hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications:

Good command of spoken and written EnglishKnowledge of Biomedicine, Chemistry or Computer Science is a plusFamiliarity with EDI and XML based data exchange systems is a plus            Proficient in eCommerce sales portal is a plus
