Manager, E-Commerce - Greater China & Mongolia

This position is responsible for growing company’s business on ecommerce stores, including Fliggy, Douyin, etc. He/she is responsible for product management, marketing campaigns, media and promotions, hotel management, performance optimization, etc.

What will I be doing? 

\n

The ideal candidate has strong understanding of China Digital and e-commerce ecosystem. He/she should be highly motivated, dependable, and have a desire to take ownership of their duties to help the company grow and succeed. 

\n

The responsibilities include:

\n

·       Focus on supporting the ecommerce store operations and campaigns.

\n

o  Manage the voucher products, including the product development, launch, promotion, redemption, and other related tasks.

\n

o  Manage the flagship store live streaming, including operation, media promotion, product planning, AI host development, etc.

\n

o  Manage the media promotion planning and implementation, including media ads, brand zone, celebrity live streaming, social KOLs, SMS, etc.

\n

o  Work with partnership team to develop the multi-channel strategy, including Tmall 88VIP, Alipay and other platforms, and explore collaboration opportunity with other brands.

\n

o  Support to manage the big campaigns, like Double 11, 618, Member Day, Spring campaigns, etc.

\n

o  Manage the new opening hotel campaigns, Hampton and Home2 campaigns, seasonal activities, from campaign planning, budget management, implementation to reporting and analysis.

\n

o  Manage and strengthen the relationship with the platform teams and manage the store operation agencies.

\n

·       Collaborate with Commercial, Revenue, Marketing, Brand and other relevant teams to develop, plan and implement regional marketing and e-commerce campaigns.

\n

·       Define, analyze, track results, and interpret success levels against a defined set of key ecommerce performance metrics.

\n

·       Introduce industry best practices, standards, and innovation. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities.

\n

Support the other ecommerce projects or explore new store opportunities if needed.

What are we looking for?

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

-        5+ years of Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience

\n

-        Understanding of ecommerce channels, especially OTA and social-commerce channels

\n

-        Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problem

\n

-        Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.

\n

-        Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

\n

-        Effective communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.

\n

-        Proficiency with MSOffice Suite

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

-        7+ years of Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience

\n

-        Experience working in the Hospitality and/or travel industry

\n

-        Marketing or working experience with relevant internet companies
