ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The e-Commerce Growth and Analytics Manager will be responsible for the continuous increase of e-Commerce performance (booking conversion and lead generation), optimizing the conversion rate through a regular Conversion Rate Optimization Process (CRO).

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Increase e-commerce funnel efficiencies in ead generation, funnel abandonment and check-out

 

Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms

 

Optimize traffic conversion paths

 

Manage A/B tests as core of the CRO process

 

the management of the Digital Analytics Platform (Google Analytics, Data Lake, BI & Reporting suite) related to the e-commerce.

 

Prepare weekly reports on visits, funnel entries, booking conversion and leads generation

 

Analysis on our customers behavior, and how the navigate the website in order to find every day new insights about how to improve the experience, and – as a consequence – the online sales performance

 

Maintain and share e-Commerce dashboards and business intelligence reports to enable an ongoing testing, learning and improvement cycle

 

Collaborate with Marketing Department to optimize digital performance campaign across subchannels to maximize leads and digital sales production.

 

Be the unique point of contact for all the requests related to behavioural and performance analysis.

  

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum 5 years’ e-Commerce experience, within a fast paced, data centric, analytically driven environment.

 

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CRO, web analytics tools, BI & Reporting is required (preferred tools: Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Adobe Target).

 

Previous experience in a similar role in a cruise, OTA or travel company preferred.

 

Proven knowledge and practical use of Google Analytics.

 

Experience of collating data through online surveys, online feedback, session recordings, heatmap, scroll-map, etc in order to collect insights for improvements.

 

Expert level experience with Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, statistical analysis).

 

Strong growth mindset: embrace challenges, and work to continue increase performance.

 

Experience of working under pressure and tight deadlines. 

 

Ability to convince and motivate others, result-orientation with a high level of initiative.
