The salary range for this role, based in New York is $103,200.00 to $141,900.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Accelerator function is a Center of Excellence responsible for driving superior capabilities and effectiveness at the intersection of media, content, data and technology and eCommerce. The Marketing Accelerator function embeds best practices to drive quality, consistency, effectiveness and efficiency to Marketing and Sales to achieve flawless execution from media to shelf. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce COE, the Manager, eCommerce COE will be responsible for driving effectiveness and impact across PRUSAs eCommerce efforts, in partnership with cross-functional teams, agencies, and eCommerce partners. This role will help to lead the organization in enhanced performance management, optimized retail media and the enablement of execution excellence across eCommerce touchpoints. The role will oversee end-to-end DTC operations, and manage a set of eCommerce partner relationships, ensuring we are driving growth and capability innovation across these platforms. In partnership with the embedded eCommerce functions across Brand, Channel Marketing and Commercial as well as external agencies and partners, this role will help to drive flawless development, execution and optimization of eCommerce strategy and media, in alignment with brand and portfolio objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partnerships: Lead relationship management with a subset of eCommerce customers, driving growth and innovation across platforms

Act as primary POC and hold accountability for analysis and performance across subset of eCommerce partnersManage performance and drive revenue and share growth goals in partnership with Agency and Sr. Manager across a strategic eCommerce partnersEvolve our approach to partnerships through new and creative custom activation content and tactics that drive omnichannel conversionMaintain close pulse on the rapid evolution of customers, capabilities and touchpoints across the industryProvide support to Shopper Marketing + Chains + Distributor partners and internal teams as the SME

 - DTC: Drive strategy, build capabilities, develop processes, and lead execution for PRUSA DTC efforts

Drive select DTC businesses from strategy to execution, achieving growth through UX improvements and channel expansionOversee website management, content strategy, merchandising, pricing and promotions, in partnership with Brand teams

- Retail Media: Drive strategy, build capabilities, processes and best practices around Retail Media Planning and Measurement

Drive strategy that incorporates our broader portfolio approach and aligns with cross-functional partners to ensure connectivityProvide strategic guidance and oversee agency partner operations to execute and optimize against KPIs and improve ROIAdvocate and monitor tech and capability advancements across both eCommerce players and & 3rd party partners

- Performance Management: Drive business growth in partnership with cross-functional teams and agency to deliver on ambitions

Implement measurement frameworks and business management processes to inform performance and future plansSupport holistic eCommerce performance management efforts through Customer and market insightsProvide cross-functional teams with governance and support to ensure execution excellence across all outputs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The role requires a motivated self-starter with strong project management, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm.  Strong ability to embed new processes, manage obstacles and serve as a change agent. 

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

- Experience / Background: 

10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years working within eCommerce or media in a corporate environment. CPG & BevAlc experience preferred but not requiredFluency in eCommerce and performance media and demonstrable experience in using Commerce levers to drive conversion via data-driven decisioning. Experience with Retail Media preferred but not requiredAbility to build strong internal and external relationships and to prioritize, negotiate, and partner with a variety of stakeholders across levelsFluency in leveraging data to understand business performance and translate into insightsStrong execution focus and ability to drive revenue & share growth for the channelStrategic, analytical, and creative thinker with the ability to translate data into insights and ideasStrong leader who can demonstrate problem solving skills, agility and who is willing to take risks and challenge the status-quoStrong presentation skills and ability to story tell
