Resolve Technical Challenges: Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues with innovative corrective actions to minimize defects. Lead and Develop: Recruit, lead, and cultivate a high-performing team, managing performance and fostering professional growth. Build Relationships: Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external experts to meet and exceed organizational needs.
Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS Technical Degree required Experience: 8+ years, 5+ years with a Master’s Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.Skills:
Mastery of electrical engineering principles and medical device development standards. Proficiency in CAE/CAD systems (SolidWorks, LabView, Agile). Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership abilities. Experience in matrixed organizations and Agile methodologies is a plus. Specific expertise in x-ray generation, imaging, and mammography is a significant advantage.
Travel Requirement: Up to 10%

The annualized base salary range for this role is $119,700 - $199,400 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
