Lead and manage an outstanding team of electrical engineers to identify and deliver world-class engineering solutions.Coordinate the design, development, and testing of electrical systems to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological innovation and support ambitious project goals.Ensure all projects are completed within scope, time, and budget while maintaining the highest quality.Strictly adhere to safety and regulatory requirements to ensure flawless execution of engineering tasks.Identify and mitigate risks associated with electrical engineering projects.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.

 

Requirements

 

Proven experience in electrical engineering management, with a strong track record of leading successful projects.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
