Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage high performance team of engineersSupervise self-organizing agile teamsAlign tech and product needs with product leadersTake active part in hiring processSupport engineers in their growthPerform 1:1 meetings and performance reviewsContribute to overall picture of engineering organizationLead initiatives optimizing our work in areas of tooling, processes, and cultureTogether with other managers have an impact on future shape of the organization

Must have skills:

People management and leadership abilitiesHands-on experience in building cloud native applicationsGood communication skillsExperience working with remote teams in agile methodology

Nice to have:

Ruby, JavaScript or Python programming experienceExperience in managing remote teamsExperience in facilitating cross-team projects
