• Lead the New Product Teams to support success of new product introduction.

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team to support Business Units on the current product production.

• Responsible for building up key technical competency in Stryker Suzhou.

• Work as a key member to establish and improve the key engineering and process development processes. Continuously improve work effectiveness and efficiency.

• Complete integration and intimate communication between other engineering management functions, within and outside engineering department.

• Manages directly and/or through subordinate supervisors, the activities of engineers, and / or technicians.

• Coaches and develops engineering personnel.

• Is responsible for engineering personnel compliance with company policies and quality systems.

Required/desired Qualifications: 必要/期望的任职资格：
• 8+ years related manufacturing or technical experience.
8年以上制造或技术领域经验
• 3+ years management experience.
3年以上管理经验
• B.B.A. or B.S. in Engineering or natural Sciences or related curriculum.
工程或其他自然科学领域相关专业
• Masters Degree in Eng (Preferred)

• GMP/Medical Device Industry Expertise preferred
