Reporting to the Director of Digital Optimization Solutions, the Manager of Engineering and Procurement Solutions is a dynamic leadership position to head our multinational team responsible for product management and customer solution development. You will ensure agreement on organizational goals and customer needs, managing a global portfolio focused on engineering software and procurement engineering solutions. You will be also responsible for leading the growth of the new HiVE custom AI services. You will define and manage the product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market drivers, and strategic goals to grow market share. Additionally, they will position the solution portfolio to capture commercial opportunities, meeting their annual financial targets for Orders Entered, Revenue, and Margin as Sold.
You will collaborate with OPS Sales and Global Markets to identify target customers, develop comprehensive capture plans, and submit tailored offers that address customer needs. Building relationships with customers is necessary to ensure our solutions meet their goals and strategic plans. You will also work with the Project Portfolio Manager to forecast resource demand for commercial opportunities, develop commercial offers, and plan product enhancements. Furthermore, developing team member competencies to support career aspirations and create a pipeline of future leaders is an important responsibility.
This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:Lead a multinational team responsible for product management and customer solution development, ensuring agreement on organizational goals and customer needs.
Manage a global portfolio of solutions related to engineering software, procurement engineering solutions, inventory analytics, and custom AI services. Incorporate the voice of the customer, market drivers, and strategic goals to define the product roadmap and grow market share.
Position the solution portfolio to capture commercial opportunities and meet their annual financial goals for Orders Entered, Revenue, and Margin as Sold.
Collaborate with OPS Sales and Global Markets to Identify target customers. Develop comprehensive capture plans and submit tailored offers that address customer needs.
Build relationships with customers to ensure portfolio solutions promote customer success by meeting their goals and strategic plans.
Coordinate with the Project Portfolio Manager to forecast resource demand for commercial opportunities, develop commercial offers, and plan product enhancements.
Facilitate the turnover of awarded contracts to be completed by the project team, led by the Project Portfolio Manager.
Develop team member competencies to support career aspirations and create a pipeline of future leaders.
Engage with Marketing to execute marketing campaigns that promote the solution portfolio and lead customer action to engage with Westinghouse to create new opportunity leads
Develop and implement investment strategies to enhance the product portfolio, addressing customer needs and driving market share growth. Collaborate with Digital and Innovation teams to secure necessary investments and oversee investment projects, ensuring understanding of requirements. Partner with Marketing and Sales to design and execute go-to-market plans.
Qualifications:5+ years of experience
Bachelors degree in business management, engineering, or computer science
A consultative or product management background with a background bringing Artificial Intelligence, software and associated services to market in a Business-to-Business environment in an industrial context
Background in leveraging customer feedback, commercial constraints, and business unit feedback/product management engagement to solve pain points and generate return on investment
Familiarity with the nuclear and energy environment
Experience facilitating cross-functional groups to arrive around a consensus outcome/decision
Experience with data analytics and cloud computing
Experience with iterative solutions that drive from ideation to full scale customer deployments
