We’re looking for a seasoned Engineering Program Management leader to join our team, leading the teams who work with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver best in class systems and features for app developers around the world. This role also leads the program management teams who deliver critical internal tools supporting the App Store ecosystem.DescriptionDescriptionAs the EPM Manager for App Developer Programs and Tools, you will lead a team of talented program managers driving software projects supporting app developers, as well as internal tools projects critical for the functioning of the App Store ecosystem. You will lead planning and execution of product and technology roadmaps. You will invest in the development of your team through hiring, coaching, and inspiring them to do their best work. You will partner with leaders across the organization to drive effective decision making and facilitate process improvements year over year.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of technical program management in software development involving complex client/server architecture.3+ years of people management, preferably leading teams in technical program or project management.Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams effectively.Experience prioritizing features and driving technical roadmaps for a large portfolio including multiple programs.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExperience driving complex, large-scale, time-critical projects.Strong skills in project management process optimization and relevant tools.Experience in app development and, in particular, working knowledge of the tools and processes related to delivering apps for the Apple ecosystem.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to all levels of an organization.Ability to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders at a senior level.Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
