Position:Manager, Engineering Solutions Center

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of application engineers to deliver engineering solutions to the regional engineering teams and customers.Oversee and support hardware and software engineering design services, including:Provide advanced engineering support to the regional engineering team to maximum demand creation effort  Reference design validation to align with customer requirements.Develop customized engineering solutions tailored to market and customer needs.Analyzes technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to plan projects. Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests. Directs personnel activities of department, such as recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and salary adjustments.Exercises limited management authority; sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own disciplineStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements to maintain the organization's competitive edge.Accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or functionProvide technical training and development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and knowledge.Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the engineering team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in electronics, semiconductor or R&D environment.Proven experience in managing engineering teams and delivering technical solutions.Strong background in hardware and software design, with hands-on experience in prototype and reference design validation.Deep understanding of electronic components, semiconductor technologies, and interconnect systems.Proficiency in engineering design tools and methodologies.Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements in design and manufacturing.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on technical and business objectives.
