Get to Know the Team

• You will join the Enterprise team for GrabFood Malaysia to grow top brands in the country

• This job will be onsite and you will be reporting to the Head, Account Management & Merchant Communications

Get to Know the Role 

As a member of the GrabFood Commercial Malaysia team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of F&B clients, applying your skills in online media, communication, and analysis to achieve growth. Your experience digging into clients' pain points and validating the issues they are facing will allow you to provide exceptional service.

By collaborating with F&B clients, you will understand their challenges and showcase how Grab’s products can boost their performance. You will lead client engagement, pipeline development and targets, working with account management teams to create strategies for long-term success.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage directly with business owners and decision-makers, making a significant impact on their growth. Join us in shaping the future for our consumers, partners, and merchants in an enjoyable work environment.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Oversee a portfolio of Enterprise clients and identify leads

• Manage a business growth pipeline with strategies for long-term success

• Lead and motivate teams to perform against goals and adopt new products/services

• Resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance efficiency  

• Implement projects that create value for both merchants and Grab Malaysia 

• Develop Joint-Business Plans, delivering impactful solutions that improve consumer success and build on Grab’s offerings 

• Assess partnership opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses

• Partner with teams to achieve growth across Grab’s network

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree or higher, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or online media

Expertise in driving business growth and nurturing relationships with executive partners

Experience with communication engagements and presentations, with the ability to engage and connect with partners across all levels

Collaborative mindset, succeeding in a dynamic, changing and interconnected workplace

Expertise to inform and guide strategic decisions based on data-driven insights

Experience in team management is valued

Project management expertise to concurrently balance tasks and deadlines without compromising quality

Experience achieving quarterly targets

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a bonus!)
