The Manager, Global Risk Management will be an expert in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing robust mitigation strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset with extensive global experience, capable of navigating complex risk landscapes and influencing company-wide risk policies.

Execute annual Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessment and report findings to senior leadership and board of directorsCoordinate ERM risk mitigation plans with risk stakeholders and owners. Follow up with mitigation strategiesReview cross functional development and implementation of risk management frameworks, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices including development and monitoring of KRIsLead oversight and assessment of business continuity plansGlobal ownership of insurance policies including Product Liability, Business Interruption, Corporate and General Liability, Marine Cargo, Cyber, Business Travel, Professional Indemnity. Effective claim management assessment and processingAnalysis of insurance coverage and policy risk managementReview functional risk assessment management / oversight and ensure coverage and risk mitigation planning is adequate to support ERM oversightDesign and execute strategic risk mitigation plans to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate risk management priorities into the broader organizational strategyInfluence and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of risk awareness and proactive managementUtilize advanced risk analysis and mitigation tools to enhance decision-making processesStay abreast of emerging risks and trends in the industry, adjusting strategies to maintain organizational resilience

Bachelor / Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent6+ years working for a large multi national company in an ERM role or in a consulting organisation with ERM as the main subject matterProven expertise in risk management assessments and mitigation strategiesStrategic thinker with a global perspective and experience in diverse marketsExperience in coordination of other functional risk management frameworks and teams. Provide insights into risk management toolsStrong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with senior executives.Excellent communication and influence skills, with a track record of driving change and fostering collaborationRelevant certifications in risk management is highly desirableIdeal candidate would have high level experience and understanding of the following risk frameworks:
