Job DescriptionTo define, implement, drive and continuously improve the end-to-end pro-active client lifecycle management (i.e. Entrenchment) activities for in alignment with Group and Country Personal and Private Banking objectives (e.g., performance measures including financial drivers, transactability and product holding). To lead a team of entrenchment bankers to achieve the goals and set key performance measures aligned with strategic intent.

More than 5-8 years
Experience in developing entrenchment, retention and optimisation functions in retail banking or a similar environment. Experience with implementing product or segment strategies and initiatives.
