Manager, Facilitated Enrollment
Description and Requirements The Manager, Facilitated Enrollment (FE Manager) will be responsible for managing the day|to|day activities of the Facilitated Enroller (FE) and Retention Specialist (RS) staff while identifying best practices for sales and maintaining the highest standard of quality. Manage the sales and retention efforts of the Facilitated Enrollment and Retention Specialist staff for a specific geographic area. The FE Manager will be assigned to a specific region within the borough division.Responsible for maintaining relationships with a network of hospitals, community physicians, community-based organizations, schools, faith base organizations and small business. The FE Manager will be required to maintain partnerships and referrals that will lead to the enrollments/retention of prospects and current members.Maintain accepted productivity and rejection levels. The FE Manager will be responsible for meeting corporate goals on production and rejections both by individual representatives and via overall team goals. - Monitor direct reports' daily activities, location assignment productivity, quality of applications and documentation provided during submission.Develop and maintain relationships with various external partners such as hospitals, providers, city agencies, etc. The manager is responsible for the Business-to-business aspect of networking and referral development, opening of sites and coordinating events. In addition, the manager is to maintain open communication with external partners through regular scheduled meetings.Coach, train and motivate FE and RS staff and focus on areas of presentation, quality of application, processes and policies, knowledge of products, production and rejections. During the coaching sessions, the FE *Manager reviews areas for improvements and provides training in areas to improve on presentation approach, networking, and quality of applications.Conduct weekly, bi-weekly and monthly team meetings including training exercises. The FE Manager is also responsible for hosting staff meetings to review productivity, rejections, common errors, network, audits, new regulatory updates, best practices, team accomplishments, marketing opportunities and corporate goals vs. actual targets. Periodically, meeting will need to include sessions with internal departments such as the training, enrollment, member services and any others.Conduct site visits to make sure all sites have all necessary marketing collateral as well as visit the providers, community organizations and business partners twice a week to keep a strong referral network.Manage daily assignments and systematic completion of routine and special projects.Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

HSD/GEDExperience in the Healthcare industry or sales field.

Experience leading a team

Hiring Range*:

Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $100,900 - $145,775

All Other Locations (within approved locations): $86,500 - $128,690

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
