As the Manager, Field Sales for Wolters Kluwer Research & Learning group, you will be accountable for the overall performance and results of a sales team. You will report to the Director, Field Sales – Tax & Accounting North America - Research and Learning. Specific responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
YOU WILL:
Manage a team of Sr. Field Sales Managers (RSCs)Drive performance and results of the department/regionProvide direction based on general policies/management guidance and recommend modifications to operating policies where appropriatePlay a lead role in driving a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationshipsAdapt functional/departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges and objectivesEnsure professional sales coordination and account planning to resolve possible account ownership issuesAttract, retain, and develop talent to ensure that the team is consistently able to meet key performance indicatorsTravels to company meetings, conferences, events and client sites as requiredYOU HAVE:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA preferredMinimum Experience:
7+ years working in a comparable B2B Field Sales or Account Management role3+ years sales leadership/supervisory experience or completion of Wolters Kluwer Future Leaders Training ProgramPrior sales of digital content, SaaS/software or other relevant subscription-based product solutionsProven track record of achieving/exceeding individual and team-based sales quotas and targetsExperience adapting functional/departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges and objectivesExperience being accountable for a centralized functional activityAbility to lead, develop and manage a remote team of field/virtual sales representativesAbility to influence a team to deliver on outcomesPreferred Experience:
Prior sales of tax software/SaaS or digital content solutionsWorking knowledge of Accounting industry and/or knowledge of tax principles and terminologyTRAVEL

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $117,500-$164,700
