About the Role:
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a highly analytical Manager, Finance to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and optimizing financial operations, supporting decision-making through insightful analysis, and helping build scalable financial processes across the business.
You will work cross-functionally with teams throughout Fanatics Collectibles and the broader Fanatics organization to drive key initiatives, improve financial performance, and guide investment decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning, performance tracking, and resource allocation.Own the monthly forecast and annual budgeting processes, partnering with business leads to track financial performance.Prepare and analyze monthly budget vs. actuals, identify key drivers of variances, and provide actionable recommendations.Support preparation of long-range strategic plans, board materials, and other executive-level financial presentations.Analyze large data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
4-6 years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy, Private Equity, or Accounting.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.Proven expertise in Excel, including advanced modeling capabilities.Strong PowerPoint skills, with experience crafting presentations for senior stakeholders.Familiarity with Oracle or similar enterprise financial systems is a plus.Experience in both structured corporate environments and high-growth/startup settings is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $124,000- $154,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
