Job Description:

Integrated Vision Solutions (IVS) is looking for a highly motivated operations-focused finance professional with strong business acumen to support its Image Intensification (I2) Tube location. This accomplished self-starter would be responsible for analyzing and reporting on all key financial aspects of the site including cost and revenue, bids and proposals, operations KPIs and working capital while partnering with the site GM. This business-critical role will also be responsible for translating data and making recommendations to the IVS leadership team for operational improvement. This role will work closely with a variety of functions across the business including Finance, Operations, Engineering and Business Development.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for the financial functions of the business from End-to-End including proposals, budgeting and manufacturing analysis Integrated Build Planning with consideration for OEM sales as well as internal demand for I2 tubes across the IVS portfolio of productsProvide site GM with critical analysis and recommendations based off data-based analyticsTracking and analyzing site indirect budgets as well as indirect rate forecasting (Overhead, G&A)Cost management and KPI tracking for all operations/manufacturing metricsInventory forecastingCapEx management and budgetingFrequent presentation on business performance to the IVS Leadership TeamIdentify and lead process improvement plans and initiativesAssisting with Annual Operating Plan and Joint Strategic PlanSupport internal and external auditsTravel occasionally required (10%)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel and database analytics – to allow continuous improvement on tools and processes (i.e Pivot Tables, Business Intelligence (dashboards))Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – focus on defining future scenarions and/or operational actionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-starter with the motivation to seek out opportunities for improvementAbility to work collaboratively across departmentsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsFamiliarity with Cognos, Costpoint and SharePoint
