Job responsibilities

Lead and manage all monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A deliverables on behalf of the Customer & Commercial Excellence team.Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Corporate Accounts Revenue, Functional expenses & Enterprise-wide customer incentives.Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly business review packages in collaboration with the Customer and Commercial Excellence Leadership team.Maintain the monthly calendar of activities and process deliverables and drive proactive communication with key stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement of reporting & analysis processes through partnership with Corporate IT to drive system enhancements and process efficiencies within the Corporate Data Mart.Prepare and Analyze all Corporate FP&A requests.Collaborate across regions and functional teams to provide analytics support for commercial teams to identify opportunities, trends, and insights.

Job requirements

Proven experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within a large organization.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or MBA or equivalent experience is highly desirable.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Ability to lead and mentor a finance team, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.Proficiency in financial software and tools.
