People Leader of 4, reports and supports the Finance Sr Manager Plant Controller in tasks such as the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, Sox controls and scrap management; business case analysis and project evaluation to provide supported recommendations for action plans and follow-up. It should also function as support for the decision-making of senior management, providing detailed and directional financial information on time according to the needs of the business. 

Tus responsabilidades incluirán

Perform Financial  forecasting, reporting, and operational/accuracy metrics tracking

Analysis and Business case evaluation for investment decision making 

Work closely with contributing areas, (such as Engineering, Materials, Maintenance, ) to track performance, forecast, report and challenge outlook.

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data, and making comparative analyses.

Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of forecasting models, standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.

Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives

Understand standard cost methodology

Professionally develop a finance team.

Provide other ad-hoc analysis in support for business initiatives as needed.

Organizational savvy to handle multiple business priorities simultaneously and prioritize and complete work within stringent deadlines

Meet all local and corporate business reporting requirements on a timely basis including monthly business review meeting

Ensure all financial data is accurate and free of financial misstatement.

Requerimientos mínimos

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance,, Accounting or Operations, Industrial Engineering 

5+ years of financial planning experience with strong financial modeling skills

SAP experience, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and G Suite

Excellent communication skills to interface with a diverse set of stakeholders in a regional environment

Previous experience of managing a team

Experience on Manufacturing Finance and WCM methodology ( desired) 

Organizational savvy to handle multiple business priorities simultaneously and prioritize and complete work within stringent deadlines

"Can-do" attitude with a desire to learn

Fluent English

Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management

Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work with many parties.

Leadership and Drive, Self-thought, self-managed.

Analysis skills and self-directed highly recommended
