The Manager, Finance Operations will oversee P&Ls, financial reporting, and analysis for Customer Care, B2B, and Product Personalization within Operations. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and team-building skills to drive accountability and improve operations based on financial data, KPIs, and business understanding. The manager will provide financial support, analytics, and leadership, partnering with leadership to manage expenses, identify efficiencies and gaps, and enhance customer experience. They will objectively assess operations and financial performance, offering ideas for improved profitability and best practices.
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL HQ office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays

5+ years in Financial Planning, Analysis or Accounting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA /CPA/CFA or masters in related field preferredExcellent proficiency with MS Excel, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, Peoplesoft General LedgerExperience in project managementPrevious retail experience working with merchandising and inventory planning a plusMinimum Starting Rate: $90,000.00 AnnuallyUp to: $130,000.00 AnnuallyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law.
