Manager, Finance Services Lease Portfolio Management

In this role, you will manage the portfolio of Lucid Financial Service’s lease and fleet vehicles. You will have deep automotive financial services experience with a strong analytical skillset and expertise in market research, forecasting and process improvement.
You Will:
Build processes and improve efficiency and effectiveness related to Lucid’s lease portfolio management logistics Support Remarketing functional activities in the following areas: Loyalty and retention strategy Wholesale channel partners Logistics Technology enhancements Used vehicle program development Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans that align with sales plans & marketing strategy while maximizing our vehicle’s residual values Drive loyalty campaigns in conjunction with bank partners and internal marketing organization to achieve target customer retention rates Push innovation by exploring revolutionary products, solutions, and platforms to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability Establish the necessary KPIs to ensure profitability, efficiency, and alignment with captive arm Prepare executive briefings including financial services remarketing operation updates, feedback, metrics, and market trends Build and lead the Lease Portfolio management function supporting all global regions Provide actionable insights and develop data-based strategies to strengthen the value of Lucid’s portfolio of leased vehicles across each market Manage relationships with financial partners and other lease related partners Establish credibility within Lucid as the go-to expert in Financial Services on the LFS lease portfolio of vehicles based on data-backed evaluations Regularly engage with Lucid Financial Services Senior Management to provide inputs on strategies related to managing the LFS Portfolio, and the impact of this portfolio on Lucid Residual Values. Must be able to effectively communicate with senior management, including leading discussions on the LFS Portfolio, and impact of market conditions on the valuation of these vehicles Effectively collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders including Sales, Sales Remarketing (Pre-Owned Operations), Technology, Accounting, and lending partners to ensure frictionless processes Build and maintain appropriate management reporting to ensure transparency regarding performance with a solid bias for decision making
You Bring:
8+ years’ automotive and/or automotive financial services experience in Remarketing, Pre-Owned Sales Operations and/or Inventory Management Experience in at least 3 or more of the following areas and working knowledge of the others: auto finance, remarketing, residual value risk, auction operations or loyalty and retention strategy Excellent knowledge of Automotive Financial Services products, including automotive leasing Experience with PowerPoint and Excel Experience in people management is desirable including hiring, performance management, and leadership Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and work across all levels & functional areas Proven problem-solving skills and experience influencing executive stakeholders Ability to switch between strategic and tactical to drive results and innovation Bachelors degree requiredPreferred:
Experience in the Luxury & EV segment Experience across international markets Experience with Salesforce Experience in project management and/or process improvement MBA or similar masters degree
