Job Purpose
This is a 2-year contract with 6-12 months extension option. You will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define Finance Transformation requirements on Group defined Common CoAs (Chart of Accounts). Lead the regional CoA design/structure and coordination aligned with transformation objectives of Group led Common CoAs Ensure cross-tribe collaboration for SAP S4 HANA transformation goals with other tribes of Data Pool, ERP and Reporting Implement reporting requirements in Common CoA incl. codification, text and all technical fields in MDM (Master Data Management) tool Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current local CoAs, identify gaps, and design mitigations including regionally harmonized mapping to the Common CoAs. Ensure the future CoAs meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational reporting requirements and manage consistency with MDM (Master Data Management) tool Align E2E processes with integrated systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA and Financial Posting Gateway) and the big picture Support the overall program management such as stakeholder dialogues, time/cost/resource planning and control of the regional OEs. Support other Finance Transformation measures including a) Productivity gain and cost efficiency projects b) Automation and improvement of processes c) Regional level negotiation with vendors as well as businesses as usual closing processes
What you do
Digest Group provided Common CoAs at operational level into SAP ERP S/4 HANA with reference to the live examples of Wave 1 OEs (FR, IT, CH and Benelux). Lead the harmonization of the current ONE.Asia CoAs into common COAs with consensus of participating OEs as much as possible Embed the new common CoAs for AZAP OEs as operational COAs for all Asian OEs satisfying local statutory requirements as well as Group reporting. Based on the understanding of a) the current usage of ONE.Asia COAs together with the Management Dimensions, Segments and Cost Accountings as well as the newly designed ONE.COA of Wave 1 OEs, support and collaborate with the participating OEs to project manage the SAP ERP S/4 HANA upgrade.
What you bring
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field Diploma holder with extensive experience in SAP FI/CO projects will also be considered Minimum 5 years' experience (3+ years on intensive projects cases will also be considered) Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or equivalents will be preferred In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and CoA structures with a keen interest in applying this knowledge to SAP systems Experience in CoA design, with a track record of finance transformations to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities Demonstrate knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or business partnering roles Experience with set ups in SAP Exposure to working with international teams Ability to translate technical information into understandable business terms Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess CoA frameworks and identify areas for improvement Demonstrate a keen interest in applying technology to business Basic understanding of data bases and data management Effective communicator and collaborator, able to bridge finance and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and implementation of financial data management practices Change management - ability to lead teams and stakeholders through change
