Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Digital

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization 

As a key member of the Hub FP&A team, this position offers analysis and support to guide Finance and non-Finance stakeholders help the Digital (Ecom and Digital Wholesale) sales channel grow across the EM region. This requires a detailed understanding of the business, correct and timely reporting as well as in-depth analyses combined with competent and professional business partnering. With strong understanding of the Digital Business across a complex geographical region. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Act as business partner for the Digital commercial and finance counterparts based on the actuals reporting, forecasting/budgeting process, potential risk / opportunities and management comments 

Focus on profitability of the Digital channels, identifying opportunities to leverage internal and third-party partners (end to end channel review) 

Coordinate, execute and participate in the budgeting process for Emerging Markets 

Support the development and implementation of standardized business controlling processes & tools with ongoing drive for improvements & simplifications 

Support on global and regional projects as per required 

Other ad hoc projects as required by the Digital FP&A lead

Improved profitability of Digital channels 

Timely and quality delivery of monthly management reports  

Accuracy of actual reporting and forecast validation 

Meet reporting and project timelines

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Experience working in a multinational and fast paced environment 

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, solid knowledge on Finance and Accounting principles and very good financial statement analysis ability 

An organized self-starter who can handle a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity 

Desire and ability to work closely and collaboratively with EM markets, senior management and Global HO. 

Commercial acumen 

Ability to operate cross-functionally and understanding of external business drivers 

Strong analytics and presentation skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources (SAP, Excel, Bl, PowerPoint, Think cell). 

Business fluency in English (written and spoken) 

 

Requisite Education and Experience/ Minimum Qualifications: 

University degree in business administration with focus on Finance/Controlling 

Proficient accounting knowledge 

Strong experience in financial planning and analysis. 

Advanced System expertise in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint), Thinkcell and SAP. 

Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc. 

5-6 years of experience in the same or similar field. 

Experience in retail/apparel/fashion/consumer goods (good to have but not a key requirement)
