Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
Salary Mid-Point: $100,000 Location: Washington PA Job Type: Permanent IFG-Pittsburgh is actively recruiting a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to establish internal business partnerships across the organization and particularly within the finance and accounting teams to understand risks to operating plans.   This is a newly created role affording the opportunity to help develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth. 

Responsibilities of the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis The Manager of FP&A establishes internal business partnerships across the organization and within the finance team to understand the opportunities and risks to operating plans and monthly forecasts. Assist with the development of a budgeting and forecasting system, maintains this system, financial KPIs, and budget and forecast variance reporting Collaborate with Finance, Business Operations and IT staff to maintain accurate data interfaces into the budgeting and forecast system and the transfer of data to the corporate data warehouse. Perform the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasts and maintains and disseminates performance reporting and analysis. Manages the budgeting and forecasting processes, reporting, and analysis that aid visibility and insights on the expected performance. Summarize budget, forecast, KPI and prior period variances and their causes. Develop non-standard financial reports and analysis on business cases, sensitivity analysis, and growth opportunities.
Requirements of the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in finance management and forecasting, budgeting, analysis and reporting in a FP&A role. Experience in building financial models. Critical thinking and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Advanced excel skills and experience with ERP systems is required Understanding of intellectual disability and other program operations and drivers are a plus. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
