We are looking for an Experienced Financial Systems Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of our new financial system and manage ongoing Data Reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial system implementations and maintaining a comprehensive requirements backlog. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful system integration. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation of financial systems, including planning, execution, and monitoring * Lead the Data Reporting functionality within IT organization * Manage the requirements backlog, ensuring all business needs are documented and prioritized * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets * Ensure the financial system and reporting solutions meets all regulatory and compliance needs * Provide training and support to end-users * Continuously monitor and improve system performance post-implementation * Report on project status, risks, and issues to senior management * Configure and update system setting to meet the organization's evolving needs * Assist in implementing and integrating new platforms within ecosystem * Assist in implementing and managing various testing methodologies
