+ Responsible for leading the resource and process planning function within the Planning and Scheduling organization.
+ This role is a part of the Flight Training team within the Integrated Operations group.
**What you'll do**

+ Leads schedule planning processes for a multitude of training types (recurrent, transition, operating experience, etc.)
+ Develops processes and strategies for smart and efficient utilization of resources
+ Advocates the technology and resource needs from planning perspective
+ Develops and delivers best practices for enterprise resource planning
+ Leads strategies to optimize training cycle time, instructor quality of life and operational reliability
+ Leads a team of planners through the monthly bid process
+ Leads the management and administration of pilot training scheduling system
+ Ad-hoc analysis and support as necessary
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent training/experience
+ 5+ years of relevant experience
+ Proven analytical decision making experience
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Experience in leading teams and managing projects
+ Experience managing diverse group of analysts and experience levels
+ Experience with airline resource planning
+ Experience with process improvement, data analysis, financial modeling, etc.
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
+ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
+ Ability to collaborate effectively, meet deadlines, and shift priorities appropriately in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with great attention to detail
+ Must be detail oriented
