Define the Ford Pro Communication Strategy for IMG

Lead Ford Pro Brand Communications Strategy to launch and sustain the Ford Pro in IMG successfully. Enable and support IMG Markets with integrated customer communications strategic capability and development Responsible for creating Ford Pro IMG brand and integrated customer communications strategy playbook. Develop brand communication architecture and strategies; Lead rollout of Ford Pro brand strategy and guidelines across IMG Determine what Ford Pro means in IMG from a marketing perspective by defining central brand vision of holistic value (product, services, experiences, etc) that Ford Pro provides to different types of IMG commercial customers (large fleets, small business owners, etc.). Develop the communication strategy and playbook for how Ford Pro communicates this integrated value proposition in IMG Adapt Ford Pro global proposition to IMG, keeping consistency with global brand vision, brand strategy & messaging while customizing to ensure local relevance in IMG. Collaborate with global team to ensure brand strategic alignment Partner closely and support the Ford Pro IMG central team and markets to decide when to launch and communicate the Ford Pro brand relative to the readiness level of local commercial vehicle capabilities and ecosystem (product lineup, sales, modification, servicing, software/connectivity, financing, etc).  Serve as regional SPOC for regional scalable creative asset development programs

Develop the Marketing GTM plan

Deliver launch effectiveness and efficiency through an optimized Marketing GTM plan Lead development of regional Marketing GTM launch plans and support local execution. Team up with markets to define the Ford Pro GTM marketing approach and plan in each IMG market. Provide marketing leadership, value-added guidance and co-planning to maximize marketing launch impact in the local ecosystem Adapt and scale Marketing GTM launch success, lessons, and strategies from the lead market to other markets Steer regional Marketing Communication Governance through launch preparation milestones and GTM forums. Co-lead the integrated Marketing GTM Process of new Ford Pro products, services, and experiences in close collaboration with global, regional, and local marketing leads

Support Markets’ Commercial Initiatives

Provide strong marketing support to markets on B2B enablers, initiatives, and program expansions when required. Give marketing inputs to help expand Ford Pro commercial offerings and services such as Ford Pro Converter, telematics, website development, etc.
