**Description**
This position supports the strategic planning, annual budgeting, P&L management and monthly estimate deliverables for La Mer. This role will serve as a key strategic partner, providing financial expertise to business leaders to drive informed decision-making and resource alignment by evaluating brand strategies around drivers of gross margin and A&P expenses.
**Collaboration & Business Partnership**
Build strong relationships with to brand leadership, serving as a strategic advisor and influencer to align on financial insights and support impactful decision-making.
Provide finance expertise and guidance to brand leadership using financial planning and analysis to drive strategic alignment across brand portfolios.
Liaise with region shared service departments on capital, demonstration and field selling.
Leveraging resources within the NA controller team, perform the month end closing process, preparation of journal entries and account summaries when appropriate.
**Financial Planning and Forecasting**
Manage the planning, analysis and reporting of critical lines of the brand P&Ls including Net Sales, COGS and Advertising & Promotions investment.
Ensure accuracy of category P&L reporting; analyze category P&Ls to ensure investment decisions are aligned with brand strategy. Highlight insights to improve resource allocation decisions.
**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
Lead partnering with Marketing team in developing, evaluating and monitoring investment choices in Advertising and Promotion to ensure the brand investment delivers optimum return in line with brand strategy.
Plan, Estimate and Analyze cost of goods and provide recommendations for continued improvement in gross margin.
Manage and prepare the monthly marketing deck reconciliation for the brand.
Consolidate and issue monthly financial reporting packages and other key reports, evolving reporting as needed to meet changing focuses and / or management needs.
**Strategic Analysis**
Involvement in North America Regional projects like Strategy, Planning and Ad Hoc analysis.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus but not required
+ 5+ years of experience
+ Experience in fast moving consumer products industry.
+ Ability to independently collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary

+ Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems; Hyperion & SAP knowledge a plus
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure of tight deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills, including high-quality slide presentations, clear and concise written communication, and engaging and compelling verbal communication.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, identify and resolve and perform value added FP&A functions, detail oriented and accurate.
+ Has experience using the following systems, SAP and Hyperion
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$85,000.00** **to** **$139,600.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
