FP&A Manager – Security Solutions, Overview
FP&A manager, Security Solutions will provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for the business. They will support in consolidating and managing the expenses, revenue, and profitability of the business, as well as the strategic initiatives and projects. They will also coordinate and communicate with the finance business partners globally and regionally, as well as other cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and transparency. Additionally, they will be able to provide crisp and clear messaging on slides for various stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
•\tLeads the financial planning and analysis for the security solutions business, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the financial data and reports
•\tPrepares and presents financial and business performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual) to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting the key drivers, risks, and opportunities
•\tDrives strategy and business process improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools and models to support decision making and scenario planning; provides insights and recommendations to optimize the business growth and profitability
•\tCoordinates and communicates across the various stakeholder groups, including global and regional finance business partners, product managers, sales and marketing teams, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and transparency within the organization
•\tSupports the LBF initiative by running and maintaining business models to analyze revenue, expense, and profitability trends and opportunities (e.g. MIS, KPIs, CEO deck)
•\tDemonstrates strong modeling capabilities leveraging automation and data-driven approaches; supports the establishment of consistent frameworks and methodologies to enable global and regional finance business partners
•\tSuccessfully embodies change management; fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
•\tDevelops and delivers compelling presentations that convey the story behind the numbers and frameworks; coaches and guides team members on how to effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences
•\tDevelops expertise at product and customer level for the security solutions business; understands the drivers and dynamics of each product and customer segment and how they impact the overall business performance
Experiences
•\tExperience providing financial and business support for a designated business area to senior management and stakeholders
•\tAbility to model and perform predictive analytics to review financial and operational scenarios and outcomes
•\tExperience operating in a diverse, multi-functional finance group; demonstrates strong leadership and influence skills
•\tExposure to supporting a security solutions business on revenue, expense, and profitability management, leveraging analytical techniques as well as outside trends and events
•\tExperienced with financial systems and applications; serves as a subject matter expert and mentor to those less experienced (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle)
•\tExperience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; drives best practices and standards across the finance function
•\tSuccessfully resolves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner; adapts to changing business needs and priorities
