Salary Mid-Point: $100,000 Location: Markham ON Job Type: Permanent Our client, a growing company in the Markham area is looking to hire a Manager, FP&A.  This is a new role for the organization and a very critical one as you are acting as a Finance Business Partner for the CFO and other members of the leadership team.  As the Manager FP&A, you will lead and Finance and Accounting for a specific business.  This will be a stand alone role and requires you to work 5 days a week IN OFFICE.  

The main duties and responsibilities include the following;  Forecasting and actuals reporting  Analyze cost and price performance Planning, measuring and reporting on key areas as it relates to performance.  Identify opportunities to improve the profitability via pricing  Developing, leading and managing analysis for strategic planning, initiatives, due diligence, acquisitions and projects To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;  CPA or MBA  Very strong MS Excel skills (able to work with 10K lines of data) Budgeting/planning and forecasting experience ideally from a industry where they have job/project costing Strong communication skills - ability to interact with "C" Suite If you have the skills required to be successful in this role and you would like to learn more, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to Scott Allen at scottallen@ifgpr.com.
