Manager, FP&A

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to lead key financial planning and analysis initiatives and drive strategic transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Salary Range: $123,000 to $150,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

 Responsibilities:

1. Rapid Delivery Office (RDO):

Lead the management of the RDO process, including the preparation of monthly presentations for senior executive meetings. Collaborate with leadership to set the agenda and identify relevant presenters for these meetings. Track and monitor approved strategic investments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

2. FP&A Transformation:

Develop a comprehensive timeline for the FP&A transformation process, ensuring clarity of objectives and deliverables. Identify and prioritize top transformation initiatives for the next 1-3 years. Partner with stakeholders across the business to evaluate the current financial landscape and recommend changes to improve processes, tools, and systems. Lead and influence change management efforts to drive successful implementation of transformation initiatives.

3. Board and Earnings Call Preparation:

Support the preparation of quarterly board materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with corporate strategy. Assist in the preparation for quarterly earnings calls, collaborating with internal teams to gather and synthesize key financial insights.

4. Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

Respond to urgent and strategic ad hoc requests from leadership, providing timely and insightful analysis to support decision-making. Partner with teams across the organization to address emerging needs and deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, or related roles. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Experience leading transformation initiatives and driving change in a complex, fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, financial software). Familiarity with the restaurant, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
