Imperial Dade, leading national distributor, has a Manager, FP&A position available. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to lead both the reporting and analysis function and corporate FP&A, directly impacting company decision-making. You will be a strategic partner to regional leaders and finance teams, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Responsibilities

You will:

Have the opportunity to hone your leadership skills by managing the core FP&A processes, including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Build strong relationships with department heads, providing critical financial analysis and support. Partner with regional leaders and finance teams to align financial strategies and drive performance.Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.Manage the monthly close and provide comprehensive P&L analysis.Develop and implement a data and information reporting strategy to empower decision-making across the organization.Constructively review financial plans and goals with department heads, fostering a trusted partnership.Provide insightful financial models and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership. Qualifications

You have:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.3-5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking or related fieldsStrong analytical skills and a mastery of Excel and other financial software.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
