**Manager, FP&A North America Corporate Sales**
This position within the North America finance and business management team acts as the primary finance business partner for the Corporate Sales team, which includes outlet stores and resale. Key areas of responsibility include the strategic planning, annual budgeting, P&L management, and monthly estimate deliverables.
The responsibilities will strongly focus but are not limited to the following areas:
+ Perform the month end closing process, preparation of journal entries, monthly estimate submission, and account summaries when appropriate.
+ Analyze variances on sales, gross margin, operating expenses, and profit; identify root causes for deviations.
+ Manage the planning, analysis, and reporting of Operating Expenses for the off-price retail channel in partnership with the various Center of Excellence (Retail Ops, Selling, Capital etc.).
+ Partner with Marketing team in developing, evaluating, and monitoring investment choices in Promotion to ensure the brand investment delivers optimum return in line with brand strategy.
+ Assist in Cost of Goods analytics. Work with the business partners to develop valuable analytics around category mix, channel mix.
+ Develop and enhance reports and analyses that drive alignment to strategy and decision making.
+ Ensure accuracy of P&L reporting; analyze P&Ls to ensure investment decisions are aligned with business strategy. Highlight insights to improve resource allocation decisions.
+ Collaborate with the Field team to establish daily, weekly, and monthly by door sales plan and load in financial systems.
+ Oversight of the POS Bonus calculations
+ Leverage resources within the NA controller team as necessary.
+ Support the NA Capital Planning and estimate process in compliance with Corporate guidelines. Track capital investment strategies and choices, ensuring capital projects meet ROI thresholds and align within the overall budget and strategy.
+ Involvement in North America Regional projects and Ad Hoc analyses.
+ Train, develop, manage, and mentor junior finance team members
**Qualifications**
+ 4-5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
+ Experience in a fast-moving consumer products industry
+ Strong analytical skills required
+ Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems; SAP knowledge a plus
+ Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus
+ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
+ Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility
