Provide directional leadership for Growth AE’s by overseeing daily activities and quota performance management in order to consistently meet/exceed individual and team goals quarterly and annually Act as an internal advisor, leader, and advocate for team members  Establish best practices for how to effectively manage a Growth Account Executive team and their book of business and develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to help increase your team’s productivity Enable teams to educate customers in all segments on Carta’s broader mission of creating owners Work with Customer Success leadership to drive feedback on the growing requirements of our customers Meet targets for ARR Expansion while maintaining customer health as set by Customer Success leadership Partner cross functionally on implementing strategies to scale the teams ability to proactively engage with customers to identifying expansion opportunities The Team You'll Work With

The Manager, Fund Admin Growth position is a critical role within the broader Fund Administration business unit, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success. You will oversee a team of Growth Account Executives that own a book of business that spans the full spectrum of our Fund Administration customer base.

This includes ensuring your team is helping customers get value out of Carta products, closing sales of additional features, and managing them successfully through the renewal process. Using your experience, you will collaborate with the team, product, marketing and support to drive account strategy, solve problems, drive additional revenue and improve customer engagement and loyalty.

About You Minimum of 5 years of successful account management experience recommended Proven track record in customer engagement,  resulting in increased engagement, customer satisfaction, and contract value growth on both upsells and driving expansion Strong operational discipline with an analytical, process-oriented mindset and a data-based approach to decision making  Resourceful and creative problem solving skills in order to provide optimal business or technical solutions Customer-first mindset, with a focus on seeking solutions to ensure greater lifetime value for our clients Excellent oral and written communication skills along with an ability to work cross-functionally with a broad range of internal and external clients Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building strong internal and external relationships Proven ability to drive results, across multiple functions, and exceed allotted targets Diplomacy, tact and poise under pressure, and a high tolerance for ambiguity Growth mindset, proactive, and action-oriented Prior experience working in venture capital or private equity space Prior experience supporting financial practices or financial software solutions

Salary

We are hiring for multiple levels and locations, so final offers may vary from the amounts listed based on geography, experience and expertise, and other factors.

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: 

$255k OTE in San Francisco and New York
