What is the opportunity?

The Manager, Fund Administration Initiatives, is a leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple high priority projects. The incumbent will, take charge of strategic initiatives while ensuring deliverables meet quality, time, and budget expectations. This role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Manager will act as a change agent, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and leveraging expertise in financial services, including asset servicing, to deliver impactful solutions.

What will you do?

Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time.Act as a key presenter in stakeholder meetings, articulating project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly.Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, deliverables, and performance metrics.Take ownership of project risks, proactively identifying and mitigating challenges.Serve as the main point of escalation for critical project issues, facilitating prompt resolution.Support change management efforts by ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.Drive stakeholder alignment by providing clear, concise communication and actionable insights.Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field.5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on asset servicing or fund administration.Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management principles.

Nice-to-have

Professional Designations: PMP, Prosci Change Management CertificationExperience in financial services industry.
