You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency across multiple plant locations, while driving performance and leading a talented team of supervisors, O&M coordinators, and technicians. What You’ll Do: + Lead and inspire a team to maintain high standards in safety, reliability, and performance + Manage operations, maintenance, budgets, and resources for our simple cycle power plants + Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and NERC regulations + Collaborate across departments to set goals and maintain plant availability and reliability + Be a key decision-maker, driving improvements and managing plant operations What We’re Looking For: + Bachelor's in electrical/mechanical engineering or 8+ years of experience with combustion turbines + At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience + Strong technical knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance + Exceptional project management and communication skills Bring your leadership skills and technical expertise to a team where your work will truly make a difference!
