The Role:
As Global Campaigns and Content Manager, you will be a key player in developing winning content consistently across all owned touchpoints. You will define and execute the go-to-market activation plan for new product launches and core product lines ("pillars"), partnering with the product development and creative teams to ensure an integrated approach across all channels, including advocacy & influence, paid and organic social media, traditional media, and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the content creation budget.
+ Develop compelling creative briefs based on the marketing strategy (design target, USP, vision of success, etc.) and champion the "Big Idea" generation from consumer insights.
+ Translate product briefs into 360° activation plans, defining the scope of assets needed within the global framework.
+ Collaborate with key markets ("drive markets") to validate briefs and gather insights.
+ Oversee content creation, ensuring resonance with target consumers.
+ Manage all media channels, including owned (social media, website, beauty tech, PR), earned (advocacy & influence), and paid (above-the-line, search, e-commerce). Manage the social media community management team.
+ Establish and track campaign KPIs with key markets, providing continuous feedback to creative teams.
+ Partner with R&I, Claims, and Legal to validate creative/claims.
+ Work with CMI to assess campaign performance using data from key markets.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of proven experience in campaign management, content creation, or a similar role.
+ Solid understanding of content marketing principles and best practices across different platforms. Comfort developing and executing content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
+ Excellent writing and editing skills across various formats (articles, website copy, social media posts, emails, video scripts).
+ Experience with SEO, visual content creation (basic graphic design or video editing), and content performance metrics is a plus. Softened requirement for Manager level.
+ Ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, including setting goals, managing budgets, analyzing results, and optimizing performance.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
+ Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics.
+ Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
