The successful candidate will be an excellent writer with a knack for creativity, innovation and nontraditional storytelling, and will have a proven record of working collaboratively to understand, distill and communicate key business goals and strategies. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience + Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment + Proven excellence in written and verbal communication + Strong project management skills + Ability to counsel and foster constructive relationships with individuals at all levels including senior level executives, peers, and frontline employees + Diplomacy, positivity, keen problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Strong team orientation and relationship-building skills + Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities + Must be performing satisfactorily in present position + Consistently makes safety and security of self and others the priority + Ability to work 2-3 days each week in headquarters office + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
