Job Summary

 

SiTime is looking for a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to shape our compensation and benefits strategy. This role is essential to designing competitive, equitable, and scalable programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. 

Responsibilities:


Lead compensation benchmarking and market research to ensure SiTime market competitiveness; manage survey provider relationships, participate in compensation surveys, and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking and market research worldwide. Design regional salary plan/standard/system regarding salary range, equity incentive plan, graduate/intern salary plan, etc., and lead internal communications and change management. Analyze internal and external compensation data. Prepare analysis, data modeling, and costing in support of compensation guidelines. Providing custodianship on overseas compensation laws and compliance requirements, market practices and other information to ensure compliance and competitive programs. Participate in the development of training materials for our managers and employees.Contribute to various other projects and initiatives pertaining to global total reward programs and practices.Studies and analyzes compensation practices and job evaluations ensure competitive pay practices and compliance with FLSA and EEOC standards. Partner with country HR and legal teams to keep abreast of legislative changes to ensure compliance between.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resource administration, Business Administration, or related fields.C&B accreditations such as GRP, CECP, CSCP, CBP or any other related certifications.Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner. Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills.A passion for accuracy with a sense of urgency.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.Strong customer focus and partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, cultivating strong relationships.Computer Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

 

The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
